Our olive journey, which started in the early 1956s by the late Eşref SİLMEZ and continued with the late Şerif Ali SİLMEZ, continues as the third generation, in a corporate structure under the name of Eşref Ali Silmez Food Agriculture Trade Limited Company.

We process and package the olives collected from Gemlik and its surroundings for years, without compromising on taste and quality, in our modernly equipped facilities located in Orhangazi District of Bursa Province, without adding any chemical additives, and offer them to the domestic and foreign markets under the brand "EŞREF".
Based on ISO 9001:2008 quality management system and ISO 2200:2005 food safety management system; To create less waste in our production and services, by carrying out recycling activities, We will continue to fulfill our environmental legal obligations and develop these principles within the framework of the policies we have determined and make production that values the environment.
